#7 Watch Balloons take off at sunrise
If you do or even if you don’t do the hot air balloon tour, getting up early and watching the balloons take off is a must it’s a dreamy experience, either take a random hike somewhere like the Rose valley where nobody will be around or go to the lover’s hill in the center of Goreme but it will be easy if you have a hotel with a roof terrace to watch it from there, that’s even better.
