Masjid Jamek, the oldest place of worship in Kuala Lumpur, was built by British architect Arthur Benison Hubback, it overlooks the crank River and offers stunning photo opportunities due to the unique style of architecture, the best way to get to the mosque is by KTM train, get off at the Masjid Jamek station, remember to dress conservatively, robes and head scarves can be borrowed at the entrance, opening hours are Saturday to Thursday if you are nearby why not pop back again at nighttime to see the mosque lit up and the fountain show in front of it.
